Does Your Business Need a Marketing Makeover?

In the spirit of the new year, let's talk about the goals you've set for your business. I asked this question in the Beyond Natural Light Facebook group, and some common answers were things like building a website, working with more clients, improving SEO, and growing an Instagram account. Maybe some of these are your goals too!

HIGHLIGHTS

Setting goals helps us improve our clarity and focus.

When we set goals that feel good to us and our business, it helps us figure out what our focus should be. This makes achieving those goals even easier!

When I looked at the responses I received about goals people had, they all had something in common. Building a website, finding more clients, improving SEO, growing social media...those are all components of the same thing—marketing.

I want to point this out because it’s really common to see photographers talk about things like this. However, the fact that all of those things fall under the umbrella of marketing is sometimes missed.

Often we see problems in our businesses: not getting enough clients, not showing up on search engines, not getting likes or comments on social media or all of the above, and we think it’s a photography problem. We tell ourselves, “If I was a better photographer, these problems would go away”. The truth is, it’s not a photography problem. 9 times out of 10, it’s a marketing problem.

The good news for you is that I’m REALLY good at solving marketing problems—it’s one of my super powers, and I want to help you!

SO, I would like to invite you to join my FREE, five day 2022 Marketing Makeover New Years Party!

The Marketing Makeover will take place inside the Beyond Natural Light Facebook group from January 17th through January 21st. You can join the group here!

Each day of the challenge, I will share a short lesson on what you need to know to create a powerful marketing plan for your photography business, so you can turn all of those New Year’s goals you have for your business into a reality.
