Why it's important to show your clients some extra love!
Often times in business, it’s common practice to just focus on the numbers. You want to increase the number of new clients, increase the number of bookings, increase your sale numbers, increase your number of followers. But here’s the thing… Creating and sustaining a successful business is about so much more than just numbers.
Clients are more than just numbers
As a photographer, you are tasked with a very special job. Our clients trust us with capturing important milestones. They’re REAL people who are looking for real connections!
It’s an honor when a client chooses you
Photography is a pretty saturated industry… We all can agree about that. That being said, when a client chooses you, it’s special. They made a big decision to choose you and your work over everyone else on the market! That’s a big deal!
I want my clients to know that I’m honored that they’ve chosen me, which is why client experience is so important to me!
Clients should know they’re loved
If you’re coming from a place of good intention and love up on your clients, they notice. They remember. They will keep coming back, AND they’ll tell their friends.
On average, people only talk about really good or really bad experiences. If your client has an amazing session with you AND they feel how much you care about them, it speaks volumes. Gary Vaynerchuk, author of The Thank You Economy, says “ if your intentions are good, it shows, and it draws people to you.”
How to show your clients that you care
Besides offering exceptional service, try offering gifts to your clients! My favorite way to do this? Send a Greetabl! If someone signs up for a mentoring package with me, they get a Greetabl.
