The Process

Because passing the final portfolio review is integral to earning certification, I will work one-on-one with you to make sure your lighting, posing and processing are cohesive, consistent and free of the pitfalls I see in so many photography portfolios.

You will receive detailed instructions with assessments, critiques and feedback in the areas of Light, Posing and Processing for Consistency. You will also have access to in-person workshops and our members only retreat, free of charge!

As a Sandra Coan Certified photographer, the name and brand I’ve spent 25 years building in the photography industry will be associated with yours, so I will hold your work to the same standard that I hold my own.

Once Certified

Once accreditation has been earned, you will receive a certification badge to share on your website and on social media. You will also become a part of my international referral network, which means your name and business will be added to my online referral directory.  

You will belong to an exclusive worldwide community of like-minded photographers who will have your back if you need help, be a second shooter when needed or a trusted friend to refer to should the situation arise.

Certified members also have the option of becoming an associate instructor, which means you will be eligible to teach the Sandra Coan Method™ for both lighting and posing. This is a fantastic opportunity for photographers who are interested in learning more about the education space.

You will have lifetime access to all course materials as well as our coaching calls.
