Inside the Six-Figure Studio: Finding Clarity in Your Work

Have you ever struggled with brand clarity and finding your signature style as a photographer? In this episode, I share a snippet from one of the Six-Figure Studio group coaching calls. We discuss the importance of brand clarity, what it means to have brand clarity and how to find it!

Clarity doesn't mean that you only need to photograph one thing. Clarity means knowing your passions, your unique point-of-view and what it is that you bring to your work.

HIGHLIGHTS

All about Brand Clarity

Clarity is the HARDEST part of the Six-Figure Studio. Hands down! First of all, take the pressure off of yourself to find clarity immediately. You just need to start.

One student recommended pulling up a bunch of photos and taking notes of which ones are your favorite. Then, you can see what the common thread is between those images. For this particular student, she noticed the composition was very similar between her favorite images.

Another student highly encouraged you to stop looking at your competition and at others on Instagram and to focus instead on your own work and what you love to photograph. Looking at other photographers is not going to help you find YOUR unique style! Put your blinders on.

Why spend so much time on clarity? Your clients need to know exactly what they're going to get when they hire you! That leads to more aligned and happier clients!
